Appout ITS Remote Work Policy .

Here We Want To Share With You Our Remote Work Policy In The Current Situation, You Are Welcomed To Use, Share Or Give Us Your Feedback On The Current Policy If Needs.

Rotation

  • Only 3 persons should exist in the office as below
    • Operation  from 9:30 – 12:30
    • Technical from 10:00  – 1:30
    • Office boy from 1:00 – 2:00 for sanitization
  • Please refer to your seniors/team leaders to build your own schedule
  • Planned important meetings

Remote Policy

  • You should sign in to Slack/WhatsApp group by 10 AM
  • You should be able to communicate, answer calls , emails and update Trello through the normal working hours
  • You should be able to join online voice/video calls in 15 minutes with proper code dressing, hardware, and noise control
  • You should submit all timesheets – if required- and update Trello before 7PM
  • Your PC, Internet and electricity is your responsibility , the company will afford you monthly data packages as a backup beside your normal home internet
  • Use VOIP, Call forwarding to forward calls from ALL LINES to portable mobile phones
  • Same meeting policy applied through zoom
    • Sprint Planning
    • Stand-ups
    • Review
    • Retrospective
  • Use AnyDesk in agreed times for
    • Code review
    • Remote help

Tools
Please Make Sure Your PC Is Ready To Be Used, As You May Have No Access To Office Tools At Anytime

  • Email setup on your personal devices.
  • Trello App.
  • Slack.
  • Zoom.
  • GIT, Build Tools and other dependencies
  • AnyDesk on your Office PC.
  • Ngrok  (if needed).
  • Any other tool you may need.
